Return policy


We know how hard it’s to shop online sometimes. So we understand if you want to return an item. 
 
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery date.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
  1. Item/s must be in original condition with hangtag remaining in place. For the bottoms the hygiene seal must also be in place.
  2. Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.

    We will not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
We recommend briefly fitting your item over your underwear and keep the bikini in the provided packaging for protection.

We don't exchange products due to limited stock. You need another size? Please return the item, and order the right size.

Please note:
Livable Swim will not be responsible for lost shipments that were shipped in any other way and without a sighed proof of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and duty charges incurred on the returned item(s). We advise you to send your return with a track&trace code. We cannot collect returns from any other address or postal point.

How to return your product(s)?
  • To initiate a return, please email us at returns@livableswim.com using the same e-mail address used to order the items. Please place in the subject of the email the word RETURN and add your order number (example: RETURN #1001).
  • Describe the item you want to return with product name, size and collection colour and why you want to return it (example: Gemini, XS, Noir, too small).
  • Once we have approved your return request you will receive an email with the further steps.
We don’t add a return form to every order. So we make sure to not waste any more paper than necessary. We only accept returns if there is an official return form added to your package, which you can find in your e-mail with the return confirmation. We do not accept any other self created return forms.

*In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery by contacting our customer service via email with images of the imperfections so we can determine the next course of action. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
